Issues

Ken Pentel and Danene Provencher care about Minnesota. It's time for:

Honest Democracy

Ken advocates democratic reforms like getting big money out of politics.Instant Runoff Voting and Proportional representation. He is an advocate for greater public financing of campaigns. "The people should have more of a voice in our government than lobbyists."

Energy independence

Minnesota needs a strong energy efficient and renewable energy policy. We can lead the nation in reducing our dependence on fossil fuels. Ken's energy policy fights global warming at home, not wars for oil overseas.

Single-Payer Universal Health Care

Band-aid "solutions" won't fix a broken system. Health care is a right, not a commodity.

An End to Domestic Violence

As a mother and a woman, Pentel's running mate Danene Provencher, who has experienced domestic violence firsthand, feels the debate in the political arena needs to address all violence. Violence directed against people, especially women and children and the violence directed towards our planet.

The statistics speak for themselves about the severity of the issue...

It's your choice.

What kind of planet and society will we leave our children and grandchildren? Minnesota needs leaders who are focused on leaving a legacy of a healthy environment, clean politics and justice for all. Your vote represents your values.  Real change will only occur if you vote for what you truly believe in.
